• Digital media continues to transform the world through film, television, the Internet, mobile devices, photography, and print. DIGITAL MEDIA DESIGN uses the latest multimedia design equipment and software to train students to visually express their ideas through the merging of creativity and technology. Students will be introduced to multiple digital production areas such as video production, digital photography, graphic design and 3D modeling. Among the professional design applications used are Adobe's Creative Suite Master Collection for learning essential design techniques in photo-manipulation, visual storytelling, digital video production, as well as web design using Adobe Muse.
Upon completion of the program, candidates will have a digital portfolio to market themselves to both employers and universities. Many graduates continue their education well beyond the program through the pursuit of post-secondary degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Film and Video Production and Multimedia Design among other related majors.
